摘要
教师专业自主发展有两个核心因素:一是专业自主发展意识,二是专业自主发展能力。采用问卷和访谈法,从职业认知、自主发展规划和实施、自主发展态度,教学、反思能力和研究、学习能力等方面入手,对西安市12所幼儿园的400余名幼儿教师的专业自主发展意识与能力现状进行了调查与分析,并提出了对策与建议,倡导唤醒幼儿教师的专业自主发展意识,提高专业自主发展能力。
Teacher self-development has two core elements: the development of professional autonomy consciousness and competences.By means of questionnaires and interviews,from the professional knowledge,self-development planning and implementation,self-development attitude,to teaching,reflection,research ability,and learning ability,this paper analyzes more than 400 kindergarten teachers in Xi'an of professional autonomy development of consciousness and the ability of the status quo,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,and advocates waking-up teachers professional sense of self-development,enhance their professional self-development capacity.
