基于参数最小灵敏度因子估计的模拟电路软故障诊断

摘要 提出了一种基于参数最小灵敏度因子估计的模拟电路软故障诊断方法.该方法通过较少的测量值,利用各测量值与电路参数之间的解析关系,计算出电路各参数的灵敏度因子,采用冒泡法取得其中的最小灵敏度因子,然后根据最小灵敏度因子对故障元件进行定位.实验结果验证了该方法对模拟电路软故障诊断的有效性. A fault diagnosis approach of analog circuit based on parameter minimum sensitivity factor estimation is presented.This approach has fewer measurements and only uses the analytical relations between the measurements and circuit parameters to calculate the sensitivity factor of circuit parameters.The minimum sensitivity factor is obtained by bubbling method,and then faulty component in the analog circuit is located.The experiment results demonstrate the proposed method is available.Moreover,the approach can provide the reference for analog circuit teaching and scientific research.
