摘要
该文对张家界云朝山雷达站的雷电活动规律、雷害事故和原有防雷措施进行了认真探讨。结合雷电活动选择性原理深入分析该雷达站雷害事故,指出沿10kv线路来的雷电侵入波是造成雷害的主因。针对原防雷措施在对线路入侵波保护、配电变压器防雷、低压电源保护、接地及等电位联接方面存在的薄弱环节,重点阐述高海拔地区10kv线路的防雷关键措施,及配电型过电压保护间隙和特种防雷变压器的效用;提出对以防雷为主要目的的接地装置重点应放在降低冲击接地电阻和等电位联接上;并论及弱电系统防雷的相关措施。
Lightning activities,damage accidents and protection measures of Radar station in Hunan Yunzhao Mountain is discussed in detail in this paper.It supposes that the lighting accidents in Radar station mainly resulted from lightning invasion,which could be conducted by 10kv GIL with selective principle of lightning activity.The focal point of lightning prevention at high altitudes is summarized,on account of the defects in lightning protection of line arrester,distribution transformer,low-voltage power,grounding and equal potential connection.Especially,the effect of distribution line lightning protection clearance and lightning prevention transformer in lightning-prone areas is discussed.The focus pint of grounding equipment with the main purpose of lightning prevention should be put on reducing the impulse grounding resistance and equal potential connection.Besides,the related measures of weak current system lightning prevention is involved.
