摘要
目的:研究藏药大籽獐牙菜Swertia macrosperma C.B.Clark全草的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱层析和高效液相色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从大籽獐牙菜的80%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个酮化合物,分别鉴定为1,7,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone(Ⅰ)、1-hydroxy-3,7,8-trimethoxyxanthone(Ⅱ)、1,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxanthone(Ⅲ)、1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone(Ⅳ)、1,5,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone(Ⅴ)、mangiferin(Ⅵ)。结论:上述化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ为首次从大籽獐牙菜中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the xanthones from Swerfia macrosperma C.B.Clark.Methods:The xanthones were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC,and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis.Results:Six xanthones were isolated from 80% ethanol extract and their structures were elucidated as 1,7,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone( Ⅰ ),l-hydroxy-3,7,8-trimethoxyxan- thone( Ⅱ ),1,8--dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxanthone ( Ⅲ),1,7-lihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone( Ⅳ ),1,5,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone( V ),mangiferin(Ⅵ).Conclusion:Compound Ⅰ and Ⅳ are islated from Swertia maerosperma C.B.Clark for the first time.
