重庆云阳同一地区不同土质种植天麻的质量分析

目的:检测重庆云阳同一地区不同土质天麻种植的质量。方法:以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(3∶97)为流动相,C18柱Diamonsil,钻石,5μ,250×4.6mm色谱柱,检测波长为220nm。结果:重庆市云阳县农坝镇云峰山带黑土地产的天麻中天麻素含量明显高于重庆市云阳县农坝镇云峰山普通土质天麻。结论:同一地区不同土质种植的天麻其质量也有很大的差别。

Objective：To detect the different soil Tianma in gastrodin content.
