摘要
在介绍了工业缝纫机的发展趋势后,着重阐述了缝纫机系统中的主轴驱动控制系统及所采用的调节滤波器。针对机械的振动噪声,系统从电机驱动控制方面采取了抑制措施。通过改进调节滤波器的增益设置和陷波滤波器,用于电流转矩给定输出,使整套机械的振动和噪声明显减小。文中对更改前后机械振动的频率分布进行了比较分析,验证了系统所做改动的有效性。
After introducing the developing trend of industrial sewing machine,this paper emphatically expounds the spindle driving control system of sewing machine system and regulation filter used in this system.In view of mechanical vibration and noise,the system takes restraining measures concerning motor control aspect.Through improving gain settings of regulator filter and designing a trapped wave digital filter used in current torque output,the mechanical vibration and noise was decreased.In order to verify the actual effect,the paper makes a comparative analysis about the frequency distribution of mechanical vibration,and verifies the effectiveness of above methods.
