摘要
分析总结了刺绣机控制的三个难点:刺绣机种类繁多、主轴和框架系统的时变负载特性和弹性框架问题。针对这些难点提出了相关解决方法,实现了面向时变系统的多功能数控系统在刺绣机中的应用。继刺绣机电控系统国产化之后,实现了国产电脑刺绣机功能性能的第二次飞跃。
This paper analyzes and summarizes the three difficulties of the embroidery machine control: Embroidery machine control system has a variety of configurations.The load of main shaft and frame is time-varying.Frame system is flexible connection.According to these difficulties we realize a multi-functional control system that is geared to the needs of the time-varying mechanical motion system of the embroidery machine.After the embroidery machine control system was produced domestically,the embroidery machine has the second leap in functions and properties.
