摘要
简单介绍了整个电脑刺绣机的发展史及刺绣机系统机械电控部分的系统组成,并提供了一份较为详细的刺绣机系统框图。根据系统功能的划分,在刺绣机的电脑控制系统中将勾线、剪线、扣线及换色功能作为一整体模块,集成在同一块电路板上以硬件实现。文中以电磁铁勾线、剪线和扣线、42步进电机换色的结构实现方式,详细地介绍了硬件电路的具体实现方案。同时为了配合各部分的电路执行工作,上述四项功能中配有一个AT89C2051单片机,以解码主控板传递过来的执行信息及完成其它的辅助功能;还有一部分是整个电路板的供电系统,因为电路板为低压直流供电,所以比较简单;最后一部分是便于使用及维修的指示电路。
In this article,the author briefly introduces the development of computerized embroidery machine and the systemic structure of computerized control part in embroidery machine system.Besides that,a detailed diagram of embroidery machine system is also provided in this article.According to the division of systemic function,the computerized control system for embroidery machine will integrate the functions,including thread-catching,thread-holding,thread-trimming and color-changing,on one circuit board as a whole module.At the design of most single head machines,the functions like thread-catching,thread-trimming ad thread-holding are realized by the solenoids,and the color-changing function is realized by the Type 42 stepping motor.In this article,author introduces the hardware circuit solutions for thread-catching,thread-holding and thread-trimming with solenoid as well as the color-changing with Type 42 stepping motor at structure level.Meanwhile,in order to cooperate with circuits to perform the works,among the four functions said above,an AT89C2051 MCU is attached to decode the information from mother board and to perform other assistance functions.Another part of this article is on the power supply system of the circuit board.Because the circuit board is powered by the low voltage DC,it is quite simple in this part.The last part is on the indicator circuit which is convenient for use and repair.
