摘要
应用ADAMS虚拟仿真软件,建立GEM8420高速双针平缝机挑线机构动态仿真模型,通过机构的仿真分析得到各运动构件的位置、速度和加速度及表征挑线机构主要特性的参数,找出机构存在的问题。分析结果表明挑线机构的性能参数达到行业标准,为实际样机的设计提供依据。
By using ADAMS,a simulation model of the picking thread mechanism of GEM8420 Twin-needle high speed lockstitcher was established,and all mechanisms' location、velocity、acceleration and the main parameter of the picking thread mechanism were obtained by motion simulation analyzing.Then found the main problems of the picking thread mechanism.The result of the analysis shows that the performance of the picking thread mechanism was arrived at vocation standard.And the prototype designing is provided.
