摘要
随着卫星和微型武器的发展,其配套的小型推进系统是必须研究的一部分。最近几年,有很多学者提出各种新的推进方案,而小型化学能推进器的方案是对传统推进器的延续。基于该方案的设想和预期目标,我们设计了小型化学能推进器。在小型化的设计过程中,需要统筹考虑加工工艺、后续测试和配套部件对设计的影响。最后,还要对小型推进器的连接螺纹进行强度校核,计算推进器腔体理论所能承受的压力,为装药实验做准备。
Along with the miniature of the satellite and weapons,the system of propulsion device is an important portion should be studied.There are many kinds of methods used for thruster are suggested in recent years.Small chemical propulsion inherits the principle of traditional thruster.We designed the thruster based on this thought.During the design of miniature,we should make overall plans and take all factors into consideration,such as the factor of the machining techniques,the later measurement and the factor of the other portion of thruster.At last,the connecting screw threads have to be checked so that we can calculate the pressure which the tank of the thruster can endure in the later experiment.
