摘要
提取并确定了汽车起重机起重臂的特征参数及其分析工况;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了汽车起重机起重臂结构的有限元分析模型,求解获得起重臂结构的应力分布云图;基于ANSYS的二次开发功能,利用APDL参数化设计语言实现了汽车起重机起重臂的参数化建模和参数化有限元分析过程;以QY20汽车起重机起重臂结构为算例,对其起重臂结构进行了参数化建模,并通过现场试验,获取并验证了汽车起重机起重臂结构,在典型工况下的应力状况及参数化模型的正确性。
According to truck crane design standard,characteristic parameters and analysis cases were determined.Established the truck crane boom structure finite element analysis model by ANSYS,the stress nephogram of boom structure are obtained.Based on secondary development function of ANSYS,parametric modeling and parametric finite element analysis process of truck crane boom was realized by APDL.QY20 truck crane boom to the structure as an example,its boom parametric model was established,through the field test,it has confirmed the crane boom structure in typical working conditions of the stress condition and parametric model accuracy.
