摘要
对一种新型滚筒式翻堆机滚筒及升降系统进行了动力学分析,模拟了物料施加在刀具上的力场,采用试验设计研究的方法,在ADAMS环境中分析了主要影响因子对翻堆机在实际工况下的动力学特性的响应情况,验证翻堆机在实际工况下的设计参数是否满足生产要求,为翻堆机在实际工况下的动力学性能分析提供了一种方法。
This paper undertakes a kinetic analysis of the rolls and the lifting system of a new type of roller pile-turning machine,and simulates the force field that materials exert on cutting tools.A method of experimental design is employed to analyzing the kinetic response of various factors to pile-turning machine under actual working conditions in ADAMS environment,to test and verify whether the parameters can satisfy the requirements of actual working conditions,which serves as a method to analyze kinetic performance of pile-turning machines under actual working conditions.
