摘要
在以醇酸树脂为主体的氨基涂料体系中,酸催化剂有着十分重要的作用。酸催化剂的使用对其成膜后的表观、光泽、硬度、耐划伤及离型性等性能都有着一定程度的影响。本文主要讨论了酸催化剂对醇酸树脂体系成膜时间以及成膜后膜层表面的剥离强度、光泽度、抗划伤等性能的影响。实验结果表明:不同的酸催化剂对醇酸树脂体系的影响是一致的。酸催化剂的添加,能够显著缩短成膜时间;随着酸催化剂用量的增加,膜层剥离强度先减小后增大,其光泽度曲线则先迅速增加直至最高峰,而后略有下降。随着酸催化剂用量的增加,膜层致密程度增加,膜层表面的抗划伤能力随之提高。
The acid catalysts have a very important role in the amino alkyd resin coating system. It was mainly discussed that the effects of the acid catalysts on the coating properties for the alkyd resin system, such as reseasing strength, glossiness, scratch resistance etc. The experi- mental results show that, different acid catalysts have the same effects on the amino alkyd resin coating system. The formation time of the coating system can be significantly shorten because of the addition of acid catalysts. And the reseasing strength initially decreases and then increases, and the glossiness rapidly increase until the first maximum and then declined slightly. Because of the addition of acid catalysts, the scratch resistance was improved.
