重组人粒细胞——巨噬细胞集落剌激因子在放烧复合伤中的治疗作用 被引量:3

摘要 研究了rh G M C S F 对受60 Gy γ射线 照射复合 15 % Ⅲ度 体表 烧伤 小鼠 的造 血剌 激作用。结果 表明:放 烧复合 伤后,造血 功能严 重受损,外 周血 白细胞 数明 显减 少, 以伤 后3 ~5 d 最低 。骨髓有 核细胞计 数在伤 后2d 内降 至最低点 。 C F U G M 也明 显低于 伤前 水平。 伤后 立即 腹腔 注射rh G M C S F(10μg/k g·d - 1 ,每日一次 ,连续10 d) 后,能 明显提 高放烧复 合伤小 鼠白细 胞,骨 髓有 核细胞和粒 系祖细 胞数。提 示rh G M C S F 能从 多层次促 进放烧 复合伤造 血功能 的恢复。 Effects of rhGM CSF on reconstruction of hemopoietic function in mice exposed to total body gamma irradiation with a dose of 6 0Gy combined with 15% TBSA full thickness burn were further investigated The result showed that hemopoietic function was damaged severely after the combined injury There was a significant decrease of peripheral blood white cells, bone marrow mononuclear cells and CFU GM The lowest values occured at the initial period after injury After administrating rhGM CSF at 10μg/kg·d -1 constinuously for 10 d, the significant increase of peripheral blood white cells was obsverved from day 11 to day 20 postinjury The highest values could restored to pre injury levels Bone marrow mononuclear cells and CFU GM also show a remarkable increase at day 10 and day 15 postinjury All of these indicated that rhGM CSF could stimulate hematopoietic progenitor cell to proliferate and differentiate,give support to recovery of hemopoietic function after combined radiation burn injury at different levels
