摘要
目的:研究自拟中药封包治疗子宫输卵管造影术后腹痛的临床疗效。方法:将62例行子宫输卵管造影术后出现腹痛的患者随机均分为两组,对照组给予传统治疗或自然缓解;治疗组给予自拟中药封包治疗。观察两组患者痊愈时间以及复发情况。结果:治疗组在3天内的治愈率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中药封包疗法具有起效快、疗效确切不复发的显著优势。
Objective： To study the effect on treating abdominal pain after hysterosalpingography in TCM packet. Methods： 62 patients with abdominal pain after hysterosalpingography were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated by traditional treatment or natural ease; The treatment group were treated by self medicine packets. Observe the recovery time and recurrence situation of the two groups. Results： The cure rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： TCM packet has the significant advantages of more effective and non-recurrence.
