补中益气汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎98例

Treating 98 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with Buzhong Yiqi decoction

目的:对补中益气汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效进行观察和分析。方法:以本院接诊的98例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为本组研究病例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组49例,治疗组给予补中益气汤加减治疗,对照组给予安胃疡胶囊治疗,3个月为一个治疗疗程。结果:经过三个月的治疗,治疗组49例中,痊愈5例,显效24例,有效15例,无效5例,总有效率为89%;对照组49例中,痊愈3例,显效17例,有效16例,无效13例,总有效率为73%。两组对比有明显差异(P>0.05),具有统计学意义。讨论:采用补中益气汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,临床有效率高,对患者无副作用,值得临床使用和推广。

Objective：To observe and analyses the effect on treating chronic atrophic gastritis with Buzhong Yiqi decoction. Methods： In our accepts the 98 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients as a group for study cases, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group in 49 cases, the treatment group was filled in yiqi tonga reduction treatment, and the control group was given Ann gastric ulcers capsule as treatment, 3 months for a treatment duration. Results： after three months of treatment, the treatment group in 49 cases, healed in 5 cases, powerfully, 24 cases were effective in 15 cases, invalid in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 89%, 49 cases in control group, heal 3 cases, powerfully 17 cases, effective 16 cases, invalid 13 cases failure; The total effective rate was 73%. Two groups of contrast have obvious difference （P〈0.05）, a statistically significant. Discussion： Adopt fill in yiqi tonga reduction, clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis： high efficiency, the patients without side effects, and clinical use and promotion.
