九华膏结合艾灸促进压疮早期愈合疗效观察

Clinical observation on promoting pressure sores to early heal by Jiuhua cream combined with moxibustion

目的:观察九华膏加艾灸促进压疮早期愈合临床疗效。方法:将92例压疮患者按入院单双号分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用九华膏加艾灸治疗压疮,对照组以常规换药方法治疗压疮。结果:两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:九华膏加艾灸治疗压疮效果优于常规换药方法。

Objective： To observes clinical effect of promoting pressure sores to early heal with Jiuhua cream plus moxibustion Method： To divide 92 cases of patients with pressure sores into the observation group and the control group according toodd and even number, the observation group used Jiuhua cream plus moxibustion to treat presses the sore, the control group treated pressure sores by common drug replacement method. Results： Compareing the total effective rate of two group, the difference has statistics significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating pressure sores with Jiuhua cream plus moxibustion was better than common drug replacement method.
