摘要
目的:观察针刺结合化瘀止痛散治疗退行性膝关节病的疗效。方法:将430例针灸推拿科及骨伤科患者随机分成两组,治疗组通过毫针刺法和化瘀止痛散外敷治疗,对照组采用毫针刺法和康复指导,比较两组效果进行分析。结果:疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为83.2%。结论:针刺结合化瘀止痛散治疗退行性膝关节病效果更好。
Objective： To observe the effect of treating degenerative knee joint disease with acupuncture plus Huayu Zhitong san. Methods： To divide the patients of acupuncture massage department and orthopedics into two groups, the treatment group was treated with cents acupuncture therapy and Huayu Zhitong san, the control group was treated by the acupuncture therapy and rehabilitation guidance, comparing the effective of the two groups to analyze. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment was 92.5%, the control group for 83.2%. Conclusion： The effect of treating egenerative knee joint disease with acupuncture plus Huayu Zhitong san was better.
