护理行为六维度量表的跨文化调试

The cross-cultural adaptation of the six dimension scale of nursing performance

目的对英文版护理行为六维度量表(6-D量表)进行跨文化调试,为我国评价临床护士能力提供有效、简明的测量工具。方法遵循量表的跨文化调适指南,对6-D量表进行科学严谨的翻译、回译和跨文化调试。结果形成中文版6-D量表,内部一致性Cronbach,sα系数为0.959,分半系数为0.816,重测信度组内相关系数ICC为0.857。结论 6-D量表中文版具有良好的内容效度、一致性信度及分半信度,简单易行,适合在我国护士群体中大规模施测,用以评价临床护士能力。

Objective To adapt 6 - Dseale, providing effective and concise measuring instruments for evaluation of clinical nurses competence. Methods Following guidelines for the cross - cultural adaptation process, the 6 - D scale was scientific and strict translation, back translation and cross -cultural adaptation. Results The internal consistency cofficient of final Chinese version scale was 0. 784. The split - half reliability cofficient was 0. 731. Conclusion The Chinese version of 6 -D demonstrated good reliability and content validity, simple and easily manipulated, the instrument suitable foi＂ assessing large groups of Chinese clinical nurses competence and provided a better measurement tool.
