摘要
目的探讨1,2-二氯乙烷中毒性脑病的CT、MR表现。方法回顾分析经卫生疾控部门确诊为1,2-二氯乙烷中毒性脑病患者9例,并复习2004~2010年国内文献报道,分析该病CT和MR影像学特点。结果 9例中CT检查6例,MR检查7例,CT、MR均检查4例。CT检查病灶4例表现为广泛低密度,两侧对称,均广泛累及两侧大脑半球白质(累及皮层下弓形纤维为主)。累及双侧齿状核4例,丘脑、苍白球受累各3例;2例未见明显异常。7例MRI均表现为上述部位广泛性T1WI呈低信号,T2WI高信号,DWI呈高信号。CT、MRI都显示脑回肿胀,脑室系统受压变小。结论 1,2-二氯乙烷中毒性脑病具有较典型的CT、MRI特征,结合毒物接触史可明确诊断。
Objective To investigate the CT and MRI features of intoxicated encephalopathy induced by 1,2 - di- chloroethane( 1,2 DCE ). Methods Retrospective analyzed 9 cases with clinically proven intoxicated encephalopathy induced by 1,2- DCE, and review the 2004 -2010 reported in China, analysis the CT and MR imaging features of the disease. Results In all the 9 cases, 6 cases examine by CT,7 cases by MR,4 cases by both CT and MR. The CT examination showed extensive ]es'ons in 4 cases of low - density, bilaterally symmetrical, have extensive white matter involving the bilateral cerebral hemispheres( mainly involving the subcortical arcuate fibers). Involving 4 cases of transient bilateral dentate nuclei, thala- mus, globus pallidus involvement in all 3 cases. 2 cases had no obvious abnormalities, and 7 cases in extensive area showed T1WI low signal, T2WI high signal, DWI high signal by MRI. And CT, MRI had shown the swell of the gyms, smaller the ventricular system. Conclusion 1,2 - dichloroethane toxic encephalopathy with typical CT, MRI characteristics, history of contact with toxic substances can confirm the diagnosis.
