从实习周记中把握护生思想动态的探讨

A investigation on the method of study practical nurses' psychological status from weekly journal

目的掌握实习生的思想动态,发现实习过程中存在的困难和问题并采取正确的应对措施。方法通过对157名实习生周记的批阅分析总结出存在问题,采用环境适应锻炼、加强医患沟通、树立职业荣誉感、扎实基础知识、提高师资带教等措施调整教学方法。结果 157名实习生全部顺利完成预期实习任务。结论从实习生周记中可以掌握护生的学习思想动态,并针对问题不断调整教学方法 ,使临床教学满足现代护生的学习需要,促进教与学的良性发展。

Objective To find out the influencing factors of the nursing students＇ psychological status during clinical practice,and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed based on that. Methods Totally 157 practical nurses＇ weekly journals were investigated, to find the clinical teaching methods from them. Results The influence factors of the nursing students＇ psychological status were the adaptability to new surroundings, the ability of communication, the love for care, theoret- ical knowledge,tbe teaching skill and the manner of teacher. 157 practical nurses complete the clinical learning with properly treatment. Conclusion The related reasons for the existing problems of practice nurses are analyzed from weekly journal, so as to take the corresponding measures to get the effect that the practice nurses have been properly teached, at last all of the nurses could complete the internship tasks satisfactorily.
