摘要
平板显示技术是信息时代对终端显示的基本要求,薄膜电致发光显示器具有全固体化平板显示的特点,是一种全新的终端显示器件.文章扼要介绍了薄膜电致发光原理,综述了电致发光材料尤其是蓝色和白色发光材料的研究进展,指出了目前存在的问题和解决方案。
Flat displays will be the basic requirement of terminal displays in the forthcoming information era.Thin film electroluminescence(TFEL) has made possible a new type of terminal display which is totally solid and flat.In this paper the TFEL principle is described and research on electroluminescent materials,especially white and blue phosphor materials,is summarized,as well as current problems and their solutions.To conclude,new research results on colored TFEL displays are presented.
