摘要 光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)以其独有的优越性在传感领域的应用越来越广泛。在这种情况下,深入研究了光纤布拉格光栅传感的基本原理,设计了一套FBG解调系统的整体方案,建立了一个以马赫—泽德干涉仪为解调核心、时分复用的分布式传感网络。以ARM9为中央核心处理系统,实现对传感信号的调制。实验结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,数据可信度高。 FBG is being used widely and widely with its own priorties in the field of sensoring research.In this case, the fiber Bragg grating sensor's basic principles is in-depth studied and the overall architecture of the FBG demodulation is designed, a Mach-Zehnder interferometer for demodulation core, time-division multiplexing of the distributed sensors network is set up and the Mach-Zehnder interferometer phase modulation and demodulation method is detailed analized. The sensor signal mod- ultiaon is realised through the central core processing system of ARM9. Experimental results prove the system stable and reli- able,the data high believed.
