目前,农村中小学教师的生存压力越来越大,来自教育体制、超负荷工作、社会、学生家长及学生和教师与教师之间的压力是其所面临的主要生存压力。缓解农村中小学教师压力必须深化、完善教育体制改革,提高教师的工资待遇,营造良好的社会环境,同时家长和教师要转变传统观念,教师要学会自我减压,保持良好的人际沟通。

At present,the survival pressure of rural primary and secondary school teachers is getting more and more,bigger and bigger.The paper is mainly to analyse the major pressure of the teachers＇ survival according to the education system,society,parents and students and teachers between the teachers,and correspondingly propose some countermeasures to reduce pressure.
