早期抚触对新生儿黄疸指数的影响

目的:探讨早期抚触对新生儿黄疸指数的影响。方法:选择出生体重>2000g,无重大疾病和抢救的1962例新生儿随机分为早期抚触组和对照组,抚触组给予早期抚触(出生24小时内抚触),对照组只进行常规抚触(出生24小时后抚触),并对两组新生儿黄疸指数进行比较。结果:早期抚触组新生儿黄疸指数较常规抚触低,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:早期抚触能显著降低新生儿黄疸指数。

OBJECTIVE To approach the effect of early neonatal touching therapy on icteric index. METHODS 1962 cases of neonatal, with birth weight 〉2000g,no graveness disease and salvage. Divide them to early touching group and control group, the former were given touching in 24 hour, and the later were given touching in 24 hour, compare icteric index. RESULT The icteric index in early is low touching group than control group, p 〈 0.01. CONCLUSION early neonatal touching therapy can step down icteric index.
