拉伸试验中的控制响应度问题研究

摘要 在MTS TestStar Ⅱ数控式电液伺服材料试验机上研究了用载荷速度控制进行拉伸试验时,控制响应度对性能指标的影响,分析了控制响应度影响性能指标的原因,提出必须对控制响应度加以限制,推荐测定有明显屈服现象金属材料的屈服性能指标时,控制响应度应使屈服阶段的平均应变速度不超过0.0025/s. Using MTS TestStar I digital-controlled electro-hydraulic servo material testing system, the ef-fect of controlling responsiveness on materials property indexes for tensile testing under load rate control was stud-ied. The results indicated that controlling responsiveness should be limited. It is recommended that controlling re-sponsiveness should be chosen so that average strain rate during yielding doesn't exceed 0. 0025/s when determin-ing yield property indexes for metallic materials that exibit discontinuous yielding.
