摘要 设计了新型高硅含钼铜不锈钢的化学成分,研究了该铜的显微组织及其腐蚀行为.试验结果表明,通过Cr,Ni,Mo,Cu,Si多元合金化的新型铸造不锈铜,经1150℃×2h水冷固溶处理后,具有良好的耐均匀腐蚀行为、较小的晶间腐蚀倾向与较高的抗点蚀性能. The chemical compositions of new type high silicon stainless steel containing Mo-Cu were de-signed. The microstructure and corrosion behaviour of the steel were studied. The experimental results showed that the new type cast stainless steel, through Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu, Si multiple alloying, has good uniform corrosion resistance, lower tendency of intergranular corrosion, and higher pitting corrosion resistance after solution heat treatment at 1150℃×2h WC.
