摘要 研究了陇东紫花苜蓿不同生育期营养物质的变化情况,测定结果表明,紫花苜蓿在返青初期干物质的含水量、粗脂肪(EE)和粗灰分含量最高,分别为89.45%、6.42%和15.47%;枯黄期粗纤维(CF)含量最高,达44.92%;返青一个月的粗蛋白(CP)含量最高,达25.33%。随着生育时间的推移,水分,粗灰分(ash)和粗蛋白(CP),粗脂肪(EE)含量呈逐渐下降趋势,而粗纤维(CF)含量呈升高趋势。紫花苜蓿的营养价值和饲用品质随着机体成熟度的增加而显著降低,返青初期的品质优良,分枝期的品质良好,结实期的品质差,枯黄期对家畜基本无饲用价值。 Dynamics of alfalfa nutrient in the different growing period was studied. The results showed that the water content of dry matter, the yield of the crude fat and ash at early turning green stage are highest, with accounting for 89.45% , 6.42% and 15.47% , respectively. The crude fiber during the period of the turning yellow are highest, reaching 44.92%, furthermore, during the one month after the turning green stage the yield of the crude protein was highest, reaching 25.33%. With the plant growth time, the water content, the yield of crude ash, protein, and fat dropped gradually, while the content of crude fiber increased. Alfalfa nutritive value and forage quality decreased significantly with the maturity of the plant body, which were the best at early turning green stage, good at branching stage, poor at seed setting stage, and there was almost no value for feeding livestock at turning yellow stage.
