摘要
青岛开发区交警大队地块商务公寓及办公楼采用了钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,详细介绍该工程的结构选型、结构平面布置、构造措施以及结构概念设计等;通过对该框架核心筒结构进行计算分析,分析结果表明本文所采取的设计方法以及构造措施等有效地控制层间位移等要求;总结了笔者在框筒结构设计中的经验,为框筒结构设计提出了一些建设性意见,为同类工程设计提供参考。
Concrete frame coretube structure was used in the terrains business department and office of Qingdao development traffic police brigade.Structure mould、structure layout、structure measures and structures conceptual design of this structure were introduced.By computing and analyzing this concrete frame coretube structure,the analysis results indicated that the design methods and structure measures of the article using can effectively control the structure displacement.Design experience summed up can put forward some constructive ideas for concrete frame coretube structure,and provide reference for similar projects designed.
