摘要
大底盘建筑的地下室经常为不分缝设计,整个地下室连成一个整体,其单层地下室部分也通常设计为天然基础。在高层的影响下,单层地下室必然发生沉降,从而承受一定的基底反力。用目前的设计手段,无法确切计算单层地下室的沉降量,也不能准确计算沉降对于基础结构的内力影响。通过工程实例,由建筑完成后的沉降量推算承受的底板反力,结果表明,由沉降引起的底板反力值较大,如基底以下土层压缩模量大,单层地下室扩出范围大,则底板承受的地基反力更大,在工程设计中应引起重视。
The basement of the large-chassis-mount multer structure without jonints has been widely used,Single basement is also usually designed based on the natural soil.Under the influetion of high-rise towers,the single story basement settlement and bear the subgrade rection.By the present design calculation methods,the settlement of the single story basement cann't calculated correctly,and so on,the basement internal force caused by settlement cann't calculated correctly too.Through engineering case study,the influence of the real settlement to the subgrade rection had been analysised.It showed that the subgrade rection is large.if the site soil has high modulus-of-compression,and the single story basement has large spread foundation,the subgrade rection will be more large.The subgrade rection were calculated for the design of imilar projects for reference.
