摘要
介绍在一副级进模上冲制出电机定子冲片和转子冲片,其中定子冲片是由定子外形框架、定子极槽和定子极条三部分组合,在级进模上套冲而成,并解决由于套冲而带来的冲制定子冲片拼接之间微小间隙的技术难题。重点介绍了定子冲片由三部分组合在级进模上套冲的模具结构特点。经实际使用证明,此结构设计合理,运行安全可靠,并且模具制造加工方便,满足电机铁芯大批量生产的需求。
The design of a progressive die for manufacturing motor stator and rotor lamination is described.Stator lamination,which consists of stator shape,stator slots and stator pole strips,is produced with ferrule blanking technology.Technical problems associated with micro clearance among the three parts of stator lamination caused by ferrule blanking are solved.The structural features of the progressive die for ferrule blanking of stator lamination are discussed in detail.The application in industry shows that the structure of the die is of good reliablity and convenience and it is suitable for manufacturing.
