在深型腔模具加工过程中,会遇到刀具和夹持的碰撞问题。充分利用PowerMill编程软件的刀杆、刀柄碰撞检查优势和合理设置刀具参数,避免刀具碰撞,提高模具的加工精度。
When processing deep-cavity mold,the interferences of the tool and the clamping are often encountered.Using shank collision checking tool advantages and reasonable set of parameters of PowerMill,tool collision is avoided and mold precision is improved.
