摘要
为提高中医院校本科生的西医学基础,加强其临床动手能力和临床思维水平,对60名中医专业本科生进行导师制教育与非导师制的对照评价。结果显示在总成绩、问诊以及包含诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗措施的问答等方面,导师制组均明显优于非导师制组(P<0.05)。
Sixty undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) were divided into two groups with teaching methods of tutorial system and non-tutorial system respectively in order to strengthen the basis of western medicine, clinical skills and thinking abilities for TCM undergraduates. The results showed that the total scores, the skills of inquiry and the examination of diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment prescription in tutorial system group were better than non-tutorial system group ( P 〈 0.05 ).
