电针水沟穴对高血压性脑出血大鼠脑水肿及血脑屏障影响的动态观察 被引量:7

Effects of Electroacupuncture at Shuigou (CV26) on Dynamic Cerebral Edema and Blood Brain Barrier in Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Rats

摘要 目的:观察大鼠急性脑出血后脑水肿变化和血脑屏障(BBB)的损伤情况及电针水沟穴对其产生的影响。方法:在自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的基础上,参照胶原酶加肝素脑内尾状核联合注射的方法造模。实验分为对照组、假手术组、模型组和电针组,各组按6 h、1 d、3 d、7 d再分为4个亚组。分别采用干湿重法和伊文斯蓝法观察各组大鼠脑组织含水量及伊文斯蓝(EB)含量的变化情况。结果:模型组各时相大鼠脑组织含水量和伊文斯蓝(EB)含量较对照组显著增加(P<0.01),电针组各时相大鼠脑组织含水量和EB含量与模型组相比都有显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:电针水沟穴可降低高血压性脑出血大鼠脑血管通透性,减轻脑水肿。 Objective : To observe the change of cerebral edema and blood brain barrier (BBB) in acute cerebral hemorrhage rats, and its dynamic change after electroaeupuneture (EA) at Shuigou (CV26). Methods: Intracerebral hemorrhage rats were established by injecting eollagenase and heparin into caudate nucleus of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Rats were divided into eontrol group, sham group, model group and EA group. At 6h, ld, 3d, and 7d, every group was divided into four subgroups, and the cerebral water content and the permeability of brain blood vessel were detected by dry-wet weight method and Evans blue (EB) method. Results: The contents of cerebral water and EB in each phase in model group were increased significantly compared with those in control group (P 〈 0.01 ) , and the contents of cerebral water and EB in each phase in EA group were significantly lower than those in model group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Eleetroacupuncture at Shuigou ( CV26 ) can reduce the cerebral vascular permeability and cerebral edema in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage rats.
