中医舌诊信息处理技术研究进展

Research Progress of Information Processing Technology on Tongue Diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine

舌诊是中医望诊的重要组成部分,是随着中医学的发展而逐步形成的一种独特诊断方法。近年来,随着信息技术的飞速发展,特别是图像处理、模式识别技术的研究深入,进一步使中医舌诊的信息处理技术研究成为热点。从舌象采集环境、舌体分割、舌质和舌苔的分离、颜色纹理以及其他舌体特征的识别、舌象库与知识库的建立等方面,系统地综述各部分所采用的技术手段,并对存在的问题及未来智能中医舌诊的发展趋势进行探讨。

Tongue diagnosis is an important part of inspection in traditional Chinese medicine and a unique diagnostic method that was gradually formed with the development of Chinese medicine. Recently, with the rapid development of information technology, especially the further research of the technology of image processing and pattern recognition, the research of information processing technology on tongue diagnosis has become a hot spot. This paper summarizes systematically the following technical means, including the acquisition environment of tongue image, the segmentation of the body of tongue, the separation of tongue coating and tongue proper, the recognition of color and texture, other characteristics recognition of tongue body, and the establishment of tongue image database and knowledge database, and explores the existent problems and developmental tendency of intelligent diagnostic methods of tongue diagnosis in the future.
