摘要
本文在原有性能指标的基础上，总结了以前学者对其所做的贡献，同时也指出了其中不合理之处。根据现有水资源系统的特点，从理论和实际两方面研究了这些性能指标，对它们的意义及计算方法进行了探讨，最后将它们应用于三峡防洪限制水位的优选上，得出了有益的结论。
Based on the original performance indices,this paper summarizes the scholastic contribution and presents the irrationality of the indicated problem. According to the characteristics of current water resources system,the calculation methods of reliability,resilityen,vulnerability and their definitions are introduced and discussed. Finally,the presented theory and method are applied to the actual problem of flood control limitation level selection in The Three Gorges Project.
