摘要
分析了索赔在投资控制中的地位和作用，指出，对于承包商来说，索赔是实现合法权益的重要手段；对于业主来说，避免或正确处理承包商的索赔是保证工程顺利进行。
The position and function of claim in the investment control are analysed.It is elaborated that claim is an impartant means for a contractor to obtain legal rights and interests.To avoid or handle correctly contractor's claim is an important measure that can assure construction success and decrease investment for employer.
