摘要
对近几年发生的洪灾对生态环境的危害进行了系统分析根据实际情况，提出了因地制宜控制水土流失，良化生态环境，扼制洪灾发生的对策。
First the harm of flood disaster on environment is analyzed,Then the countermeasures on controlling soil and water loss,improving eco-environment and reducing flood disasters are proposed to provide reliable scientific basis for eco-environmental improvement and controlling flood according to pratical conditions.
