摘要
输电线路行波故障定位具有很高的精度,但需要高速A/D采集,海量数据存贮,复杂的行波波头辩识,且对发展性故障、近距故障的测量处理比较困难.针对这些问题提出采用一种专用行波波头检测传感器、并与高精度的GPS时钟和一种直接存贮行波波头时刻的高效存取方法相配合,进而在电力网中构成GPS行波测量网络.
The new fault location system based on the travelling wave has very high precision,but it calls for high speed sampling, a great deal of storage and complex algorithms identifying for trvelling wave. So that, it has no way to do with developing fault and any faults nearby substation. A new sensor of detecting traveling wave, a GPS clock with high precision and a new way of directly storing for the time of arrive of a faultgenerated travelling wave have been developed. All kinds of faults can be precisely located in the transmission network by a GPS travelling wave measuring network that only need to install one GPS travelling wave measuring apparatus in every substation.
