与普通的润滑剂不同,该润滑剂是采用自由基悬浮聚合的方法以苯乙烯为单体、以二乙烯基苯为交联剂合成的交联聚合物微小球,结果表明,这种微小球的摩擦系数在0.1左右.并探讨了复合效应的作用,结果表明,30%的A40与70%的MoS2配比效果最佳,摩擦系数稳定在0.02.
Different from the ordinary lubricants,the ones that we have synthesized by free radical suspended polymerization with styrene as monomer and divinylbenzene as cross linker are cross linked polymerized microspheres.Results show that the coefficiennts of friction are about 0.1.We also probed into the influence of the compound effect .Results show that 30%A40 and 70%MoS 2 can achieve the best results,the coefficients of friction stabilize at 0.02.
