综合护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on life quality of schizophrenes

目的探讨综合护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响，为精神分裂症患者制定适宜的综合护理方法。方法共入组精神分裂症患者50例。对入组患者开展为期8周的综合护理干预活动，针对患者出现的不良心理与行为及时给予综合护理干预，并做观察和记录。整个研究过程采用生活质量量表（SQLS）和护士观察量表（NOSIE）进行3次评定，自身对照比较、分析入组的50例患者在干预前、干预4周及干预8周量表评分的差异。结果实施综合护理干预后精神分裂症患者生活质量有明显改善，干预4周及8周与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；干预前、干预4周及8周后患者护士观察量表评分的比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论综合护理干预有利于提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量，并且干预时间越长，效果越明显。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the life quality of schizophrenes in order to provide references for establishing proper comprehensive nursing methods for them. Methods 50 schizophrenes who recruited into the study were timely given comprehensive nursing intervention to solve the poor psychological and behavioral problems for 8 weeks, and the results were recorded. Each patient was assessed with Self-report Quality of Life measure for people with Schizophrenia （ SQLS ） and Nurse ＇ s Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation（NOSIE） by using the method of self comparison at baseline, 4-week and 8-week intervention, respectively, and the differences of scores at baseline, 4-week and 8-week intervention were analyzed. Results Schizophrene＇ s quality of life was significantly improved after implementing comprehensive nursing intervention. There was significant difference between schizophrene＇ s quality of life and the score of NOSIE before the intervention and that after 4 weeks＇ and 8 weeks＇ intervention （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention helps to improve the life quality of schizophrenes, and the effects become more obvious with intervention duration prolonged.
