摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定莫敌的含量。方法:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以磷酸盐缓冲液(取磷酸二氢钾0.87g与无水磷酸氢二钠0.22g,加水溶解并稀释至1000ml,摇匀)-乙腈(920:80)为流动相;检测波长为262nm。结果:头孢地嗪在浓度0.06~0.14mg/ml范围内线性相关性均较好。结论:方法简便,结果可靠,可以用于测定莫敌的含量。
Objective:To develop a method for the determination in Modivid.Methods:The analytical column was Octadecyl silane chemically bonded to porous silica,the mobile phase was phosphate buffer(dissolve 0.87g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.22g Sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous in water to make 1000 ml)-acetonitrile(920:80).The detective wavelength was 262nm.Results: The calibration curves of cefodizime was in good linearite over the range of 0.06~0.14mg/mL.Conclusion: this method is sensitive,specific,accurate and reliable,it is suitable to the determination of Modivid.
