分段外剥内扎保留齿状线加肛垫悬吊术治疗环状混合痔36例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of the Combined Procedure of Segmental External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation with Preservation of Dental Line plus Suspension of Anal Cushion in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids： Analysis of 36 Cases

为避免过多损伤肛垫，保护齿状线功能，提高外科手术治疗环状混合痔的疗效，减少并发症和后遗症，采用分段外剥内扎保留齿状线加肛垫悬吊术治疗环状混合痔36例。结果显示，治愈33例（91．7％），好转3例（8．3％），有效率100％。随访半年，均无复发，无肛门狭窄及肛门失禁，肛门功能正常。结果表明，分段外剥内扎保留齿状线加肛垫悬吊术对肛垫及肛管皮肤损伤小，保留了齿状线的功能，对患者排便反射功能影响小，治疗比较彻底，并发症及后遗症少，临床疗效满意。

The aim of this study was to avoid more injury to anal cushion,to protect the lunctlon ot clentat line,so that enhance the therapeutic efficacy and to reduce postoperative complications ＆ sequelae in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Thirty six patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids（CMH） underwent the combined procedure of segmental external dissection ginternal ligation with preservation of dental line plus suspension of ano cushion（SEDIL-PDL-SAC）. As results, cure was achieved in 33 cases（91.7%） and improvement in 3 cases（8.3%）,the effective rate was 100%;no recurrence was found during the follow up of 6 months,there was no anal stricture or anal incontinence,and the anal func- tion was still normal.
