改良Block手术治疗直肠前突型便秘36例疗效观察

Observation of the Therapeutic Efficacy of the Improved Block Operation in the Treatment of Rectocele Type Constipation .. Analysis of 36 Cases

为观察改良Block手术治疗直肠前突型便秘的临床疗效，采用改良Block手术治疗直肠前突型便秘36例，结果一次性手术治愈34例，二次手术治愈2例，治愈率为100％。结果表明，改良Block手术治疗直肠前突型便秘疗效满意，手术的关键在于正确寻找荷包缝合点，正确处理直肠前突的凹陷，彻底消灭薄弱区。术后保持排便通畅，对防止复发有重要意义。

In order to observed the clinical effect of improved Block procedure for rectocele type constipation, 36 patients with this disease underwent the procedure. As results, 34 patients were cured primarily and the rest 2 patients were cured by the secondary operation,the cure rate was 100%. The key to success in the improved Block operation lies in the correct location of purse suture,in the handling of the pit part of rectocele and in the elimination of the weak portion. It is concluded that this improved Block operation can ensure a satisfactory therapeutic efficacy. It was important keeping free defecation in postoperation, to pre- vent recurrence of this disease.
