门五金件孔槽加工是木门业生产机械化、自动化的一个难点。传统的加工方法无法满足高档木门和大批量互换性的木门安装的生产要求。笔者在总结国内外木材加工机械数控化以及门五金件孔槽研究进展的基础上,针对国内外的加工现状,认为寻求一条成熟的工艺路线,使门五金件孔槽加工数控化、规模化、批量化,是我国门五金件孔槽加工的必经之路。通过对门五金件孔槽数控设备软件水平、未来市场分析和效益预测,随着木门行业的逐渐兴起,拥有数控化的门五金件孔槽加工,必将成为木门加工行业中的主流,工业化前景广阔。

Hardware hole slot processing was a difficult point for the mechanization and automation of wooden door production.Based on analyzing the progress of woodworking machinery NC and the production status at home and abroad,the authors of this paper devoted to explore a mature way-the only way which must follow our country＇s hardware hole slot processing,to realize numerical control,mass market of the hardware hole slot processing.By analyzing the software level,prospective market and benefit forecast,and with the rise of wooden door industry,a conclusion could be made that numerical control hardware hole slot processing would certainly be the main trend in wooden door processing industry, which had broad industrial prospect in the future.
