摘要
提出了一种能模拟真实使用环境、无污染的测试人造板甲醛释放量的方法——抽吸法,通过分析抽吸法的工作原理和抽吸法测试仪的原理及操作规程,找出了抽吸值和穿孔值之间的换算关系:y=9.078x-1.175 2(y为穿孔值;x为抽吸值),从而为抽吸法标准的制定提供了试验数据。
Air-exhaust method,which could simulate the real operating environment and avoid pollution was demonstrated.By analyzing the working principles of air-exhaust method and the operating instructions of the air-exhaust testing machine,a linear correlation between the air-exhaust value and the perforate extraction value was found out,i.e:y=9.078x-1.1752(y:the perforate extraction value;x:the air-exhaust value),which could provide test data for formulating the standards of air-exhaust method.
