摘要
论述了选煤厂质量管理工作的必要性、复杂性和集成质量系统应有的特征，结合一实施ＣＩＭＳ的选煤厂阐述了构建集成质量系统的３ 个方面：组织管理体系、技术保证系统和人，最后给出了系统应用的效果分析．
The necessity, complexity in quality management of coal preparation plant and the characteristics of integrated quality system are introduced. Combining with a coal preparation plant in which CIMS has been implemonted, three facets of integrated quality system that consist of organization management framework, technology gurantee system and man are expounded. The effect applying the system is analyzed finally.
