摘要
海航集团新华航空公司维修机库为大跨度轻钢屋面,设计采用了由PVC卷材、聚酯无纺布隔离层、玻璃棉保温层、聚乙烯PE膜隔汽层以及压型钢板组成的屋面系统。本文介绍了该屋面系统的设计方案、施工工艺、细部处理以及施工中需要注意的事项等,指出其防水保温效果良好、使用寿命延长。
The maintenance hangar of Xinhua Airline of Hainan Airline Group has a long-span lightweight steel roof, which is designed using a combined system of PVC membrane, isolation layer of polyester non-woven fabrics, insulation layer of glass wool, vapor barrier of PE film and profiled steel sheet. The article introduces the design proposal, construction technology ,details and attentions during installation of this roof system, pointing out it has good performance in waterproofing and insulation, as well as long service life.
