摘要
用灰色页岩和红色页岩按1∶1配料制备烧结瓦坯体试样,通过梯度炉试验和仪器分析,其主晶相为石英和莫来石,瓦坯综合技术指标可以达到GB/T 21149—2007的Ⅱ类产品标准;与其相适应的釉料热膨胀系数为α25~400℃=10.16×10-6/℃。
Samples of sintered tile adobe were prepared with gray shale and red shale as raw materials at the ratio of 1： 1.The gradient furnace test and instrumental analysis indicate main crystal phases of the tile are quartz and mullite with comprehensive technical data up to GB/T 21149—2007 for classⅡproduct.The thermal expansion coefficient of the adaptive glaze is α25～400 ℃=10.16×10-6/℃.
