摘要
本试验研究了甜菜雄性不育系735—66A 和1033A 中的不育胞质对子一代7个性状的影响。初步结果表明735—66A 的不育胞质对子一代的株高、含糖率有显著的负效应,对其它性状的影响不显著;1033A 的不育胞质只对株高有显著的负效应。甜菜不育胞质(?)负效应是胞核基因、胞质基因和环境因子共同作用的结果。配制雄性不育杂交种时应选择具有最佳胞质的不育系和育种值高的授粉者,以避免和抵消不育胞质的负效应。
Effect of sterile cytoplasm in the stugarbeet male sterile line 735—66Aand 1033A on the seven characters of F_1 generation was studied in thistest.Preliminary result showed sterile cytoplasm of 735—66A had negativeeffect (α=0.01) on plant height and sugar content of F_1 generation,onother characters no significant influence.Sterile cytoplasm of 1033A hadnegative effect (α=0.01) only on plant height of the F_1 generation.Negative effect of sugarbeet sterile cytoplasm is a result that thenucleargene,cytogene and environmental factors act together.The bestcytoplasm and the pollinator of highest breeding value ought to be selectedfor making up male sterile hybrids so that the negative effect of sterilecytoplasm on the F_1 generation can be avoided。
